Prof Priti Malhotra has a teaching experience of 32 years and has taught both BSc chemistry honours and programme students . She has executed various administrative assignments and is currently the vice principal of the college

Prof Priti Malhotra has been an active researcher and has published 45 research papers in peer reviewed and UGC care listed high impact factor International journals . Her areas of research are material chemistry including Nanomaterials,Green Chemistry , Development of Green Analytical Methods ,Waste water purification and Environmental remediation.She has completed 2 major research projects and 5 minor research projects. Has contributed majorly to the DBT funded star college grant leading to the award of Star College status to Daulat Ram College.She has guided and supervised 3 Doctoral thesis and two students are pursuing for their doctoral thesis.She has authored three books under both national and international publications including one book under Springer international.She has organised one international conference and several national conferences, seminars and workshops.Has delivered around 30 lectures atvarious national and international platforms including conferences , seminars and workshops.
