Dr. Priyanka Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, since July 20, 2015. She earned her PhD and MPhil in Economics from the Centre for International Trade & Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, holds an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a BA(H) in Economics from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. University of Delhi. Her teaching portfolio includes courses such as Optimisation Methods of Economics Analysis, Econometrics, Public Economics, and International Trade. Dr. Yadav's research interests encompass Health and Education Economics, Development Economics, Public Economics, Indian Economy, Econometrics. She has actively participated in various academic conferences, presenting papers on topics like the private sector's role in Indian healthcare and education. Additionally, Dr. Yadav has contributed to organizing national conferences and has participated in numerous webinars, including those on income inequality, international trade, and COVID-19's economic impact. She has also participated in workshops aimed at enhancing academic discourse and professional development.

In terms of administrative roles, she has served on several committees at Daulat Ram College, including the National Service Scheme (NSS), Library Committee, and Institutional Ranking Work Committee, among others. She has been involved in various roles such as convenor, member of selection committees, and in event organization for academic societies. Dr. Yadav has also completed various faculty development programs, including a one-month National Faculty Induction Programme and multiple refresher courses in Economics, research methodology, and digital learning tools. Additionally, she has contributed as a resource person in skill development programs focused on ICT tools for learning. Her publication record includes research articles such as "Private Sector Presence in Healthcare in India: Econometric Analysis of Patterns and Consequences" in the South Asia Economic Journal, and contributions to institutional publications like "Shreshtha" and "Optima" at Daulat Ram College.
