Prof Meetu Khosla, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, where she has been teaching psychology for the past 29 years. She has been teaching Psychology for Health and Wellbeing, Physiological psychology, Counseling psychology, Psychodiagnostics, and Stress management. Her field of specialization is Health Psychology,Well-being and Flourishing, Positive Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Indigenous psychology. Her research focuses on the neurocognitive correlates of Health and well-being as coping, resilience, compassion, values and traditional healing practices and knowledge systems across cultures. Prof Khosla received the Shastri Indo Canadian Fellowship (2012) as a visiting professor to Canada, the ICSSR Fellowship (2013) as a visiting professor to France, the Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship (2014) as a visiting lecturer to USA, the Erasmus Mundus Fellowship (2015) as a visiting professor to Poland, a visiting researcher to the University of Warsaw (2016), the ICSSR Fellowship (2017) as a visiting researcher to France, and Poland (2019), SSTSG fellowship for research (2023) Canada. She has published two books “Physiological Psychology” by Sage (2017)and “Understanding the Psychology of Health & Well-being” by Sage publications (2022).She has more than 100 research publications in scientific journals Nationally and Internationally and more than 198 Keynote/invited and paper presentations in National/International conferences, seminars, workshops, and Universities all around the world as Yale University, Penn State University, Harvard University, University of Connecticut, Boston College, University of Toronto, University of Saskatchewan, Paris des Cartes University to name a few. She actively runs the Psychology Resource Centre, Value Education Centre organizing capacity building and Value engagement programs on relevance of values in health, wellbeing, flourishing, happiness, mental health for more than a decade. She actively runs the Mental health Centre with awareness programs on mental health and wellbeing through A(Awareness) D(desensitization) and S (seeking help) Programs for the students and has organized more than 45 Skill Development Programs. She has been involved in Cross-cultural Research collaborations on Health and well-being in 58 research collaborations around the world. Member of APA, SCAN initiative in Harvard Flourishing Program. She has guided 25 undergraduate research and 7 PhD dissertations.
