My doctoral thesis, titled “Prasthanaratnakar ka Darshanika Adhyayana”—a philosophical study of the seminal work authored by Acharya Purushottama—was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 1993.

I have authored four books in the fields of Ayurveda, Dharma, and Darshana, which include:

  • Āyurvedīya Mūl Siddhānt evam Chikitsā

  • Buddha Dharma Paramparā aur Sāhitya

I have published over 10 research papers and contributed five chapters to edited books. I have been invited as Resource Person, Invited Speaker, or Judge at about 40 seminars, conferences, and development programmes.

I have actively participated in over fifteen national workshops and have also organized numerous skill development programmes for students, reflecting my dedication to educational outreach and holistic learning.

As a faculty member of the Department of Sanskrit at Daulat Ram College, Delhi University since 2006, I have played a vital role in both academic and extracurricular spheres. I have been actively involved in various institutional societies and cells, including:

  • Dramatic Society – Convenor
  • National Service Scheme (NSS) – Co-Convenor
  • Pramila (College Magazine) – Editor
  • WDC Journal – Co-Editor

I convened a National Seminar on Paryavaraniya Chintana: Bharatiya Drishti sponsored by UGC in 2019. I have significantly contributed to the successful organization of many national conferences hosted by the Sanskrit Department and remain an active participant in departmental and interdisciplinary academic initiatives.

I am a member of Kalidasa Academy of Music, Fine Arts and Sanskrit. My aim is to develop in the students a love for Sanskrit as an inherent trait and not as a passing phase.
