Pahal- The Gender Champion Cell of Daulat Ram College, stands as a movement and the voice of the unheard and the unseen. As the Gender Champion Cell, Pahal has always strived to achieve and progressed towards Inclusivity, identity, gender justice and Queer rights through community engagement and commitment.During the session, several students shared their views on gender equality, inclusivity,and the importance of creating safe spaces within educational institutions. Meaningful discussions also took place regarding the LGBTQIA+ community, acceptance,representation, and the need for empathy and understanding in society. The event encouraged open dialogue and active participation, allowing students to engage in thoughtful conversations on topics that are often ignored or left undiscussed.Key events and Initiatives were Movie Screening, Debate Competition, Speaker Session: Mr. Siddhi Rai, Open Mic Competition
