Instructions
  • The students interested in seeking admission to the Hostel need to fill the Online Registration Form for Hostel Admissions 2024-25 available on the college website dr.du.ac.in as per the schedule. The registration notice containing the registration link and payment details is released on the college website under Notices.
  • The registration will be considered complete only when students have paid the online registration fee and completely filled the mandatory Online Google Registration form along with the requisite documents.
  • Students after completing the registration process need to collect the Bulletin of Information 2024-25 containing the admission form physically from the Hostel Office (10:00 am – 4:00 pm on working days) after submitting the registration transaction receipt.
  • The list of selected students for Hostel Seat Allocation will be notified on the College Website under Notices as per the given schedule (Table).
  • Selected students need to appear personally for the interaction accompanied by their parents and local guardian.
  • At the time of admission interaction, the student is required to get the filled admission form along with the self-attested documents given in page no. 06 of the Hostel Bulletin of Information 2024-25 (Annexed in the Notice).
  • Those who abstain from the Hostel interaction will have no claim to the Hostel seat.
  • After interaction and successful verification of the documents, the list of students eligible for hostel seat allocation is released on the college website. The student must pay the hostel fee within the time period mentioned as per the schedule. In case the student fails to do so, her allotment to the hostel seat will be automatically canceled.
  • The students selected in the list after successful verification of documents, interaction, and payment of hostel admission fee can take residency in the hostel as per the schedule. Accommodation can be possessed as soon as the hostel fee is paid.
  • In case seats remain vacant after the above schedule, the college reserves the right to open the vacant seats for students of all years on a merit basis.
