5-9-23, Tuesday by 7:00 pm	Last date of Online fees payment by the Candidate

Also, please note the following:

1. The students selected in the first list after successful verification of documents , interview and payment of hostel admission fee can take residency in the Hostel from 1-Sep-2023.

2. The online registration end date for second and third year students has been extended to 27-August-2023.

3. The registration will be considered complete only when students have paid the online registration fee and filled the mandatory Online Google Registration form.

4. The students after completing the registration process needs to collect the Bulletin of Information 2023-24 containing admission form, physically from the Hostel office (10 am -4:00 pm , On Working Days) on showing of registration transaction receipt latest by 21st August 2023 for first year students and 29th August 2023 for second and third year students.

5. The list of selected students for Hostel Seat Allocation will be notified on the College Website as per given Schedule (Table No.1 and 2) .

6. The selected students need to appear personally for the interview accompanied by their parents and local guardian.

7. At the time of admission interview, the student is required to get the filled admission form along with the self-attested documents given in Page No. 6 of Hostel Bulletin of Information 2023-24.

8. Those who absent themselves at the Hostel interview will have no claim on the Hostel seat.

9. After interview and successful verification of the documents, the student must pay the hostel fee within the time period mentioned above. In case the student fails to do so, her allotment to the hostel seat will stand automatically cancelled.

10. In case seats remain the vacant after the above schedule, the college reserves the right to open the vacant seats for students of all years on Merit basis.
