TEDxDRC, launched and licensed in 2020-21, is an initiative that aims to ignite and magnify the wealth of knowledge of the youth, inciting them to unravel their true potential, explore beyond the possible and redefine definitions. To convert ideas into reality, we bring dignitaries from all walks of life who have demonstrated a phenomenal accomplishment in their lives to share their ideas and wisdom in a bid to create an environment of change. TEDxDRC consists of a group of young, inquisitive, and skilful women under the main heads of - Union, Core Team and Volunteers. The Union encompasses the primary office bearers like the Organizers, General Secretaries and Treasurer. The Core Team consists of the respective heads of the various teams such as Management, Creative, Content etc. with their respective members. The volunteers are the branches of the team who increase the reach of society. TEDxDRC organizes International Virtual Edition of conference with stellar speakers and skilful performers. It conducts Instagram Live sessions to promote sharing of quality ideas, ideologies and stories by eminent personalities who with their session based on Q & A format aim to inspire the youth and bring a change. For the recruitment for a new session, the society organizes the recruitment drive in which rounds like Group discussion, Sampling round and Interview Round take place.
