The department is successfully running a counselling centre for the benefit of the college students & its staff . Students & others in distress seek appointment with the faculty members. The need of the centre is being recognised by the faculty members as well who seek our services from time to time. Counsellees with more serious issues are referred to the health centre of the University .The centre has also become important in imparting services to students who travel for miles , away from their families, to study in Delhi & may be facing many adjustment issues. Others seek help for relationship issues, career, stress management, examination related anxiety,etc.
